Digital Twin of COVID-19 Mass Vaccination Centers

چکیده

The problem is the vaccination of a large number people in short time period, using minimum space and resources. tradeoff that this resources must guarantee good service for patients, represented by spent system queue. goal to develop digital twin which integrates physical virtual systems allows real-time mapping patient flow create sustainable dynamic center. Firstly, reach goal, discrete-event simulation model implemented. integrated with mobile application automatically collects measures. By processing these measures, indicators can be computed find problems, run solve them, replicate improvements real system. tested South Tyrol clinic best configuration found includes 31 operators 306 places dedicated queues. This 2164 patients 10-h shift, mean process 25 min. Data from APP are managed build dashboard like queue each phase resource utilization.
